addition,
if
an
employee
changes
permanent
residence
to
a
new
municipality
or
has
just
established
permanent
residence
in
Pennsylvania,
then
a
Local
Wage
(Earned
Income)
Tax
form
should
be
completed.
This
will
insure
deductions
for
the
local
wage
tax
(usually
1%)
are
sent
to
the
correct
municipality.
